IT/IM Preventative Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance is very similar to servicing your car. You can spend 120K on a car however unless it is serviced regularly it will eventually fail. Computers, in particular servers are similar, regardless of the outlay, unless they are regularly maintained they will eventually fail.
Preventative Maintenance is provided monthly on the server and quarterly on the workstations with full reporting.

Data restoration to verify data integrity is completed during the monthly Preventative Maintenance Schedule
